Title:  In Interpersonal Communication, Quality Really Pays Off

--  Rick Brenner, Principal Chaco Canyon Consulting

Description:  Discussion explores interpersonal communication from a quality perspective. It examines miscommunications, their sources, and gives a model for understanding how miscommunications happen.

It's highly interactive, and a lot of fun. The insights are helpful to anyone, of course, but when applied in the work setting, organizational performance improves with very little training investment.

Speaker Biography:  Mr.  Brenner has served as program chair of the Boston Section of the American Society for Quality (ASQ).  He has presented this topic at the Boston Section of ASQ annual spring conference (BOSCON) which resulted in rave reviews.
